Tiny Tot 1 (Water Adaptation)

• Age 3-4 first time lessons and/or fear
• Eliminate fear of the water
• Begin horizontal floating, kicking, bubble-blowing

Tiny Tot 2 (Floating & Underwater Exploration)

• Age 4-5 generally comfortable in water with teacher
• Self-sustained floating, kicking, paddling
• Beginning doggie-paddle, face-in

Tiny Tot 3 (Swimming!)

• Age 4-5 can swim independently for short distances
• Increase strength and stamina
• Encourage full use of arms and legs, safety
