Non-Swimmer Beginner (Water Adaptation)

  • Age 6+ cannot swim/very fearful
  • Eliminate fear of the water
  • Begin horizontal floating, kicking, submerge

Non-Swimmer Intermediate (Swimming, Paddling)

  • Age 6+ cannot swim or only short distances, no fear
  • Self-sustained floating and gliding
  • Horizontal paddling, bubbles, submerging
